If you are looking for your next Group One winner, the small but select EVERGREEN draft at the 2023 Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale is the right place to start. Group One connections are front and centre.

Lot 82 brown filly DIVINE PROPHET – CONVERSELY by Shamardal.
This filly is by Gr1 winner, Group producing Divine Prophet whose full brother Proisir is emerging as a rising star sire, world class bloodlines. She is a half-sister to Gr1 ATC Randwick Guineas winner CONVERGE, multiple Gr1 winner, multiple Gr1 placed, 4 wins $1.7 million. An investment quality filly, foundation mare material.

Stud manager Aaron Bott’s comments – “This is a beautiful, quality filly, with a lovely head and good body. She’s a great mover and has a lovely nature, excellent temperament, everything you would wish for in such a well credentialed filly.”

Lot 105 chestnut filly WRITTEN TYCOON – DOROTHY OF OZ by Redoute’s Choice.
This filly is by Australian Champion sire Written Tycoon whose fillies include the brilliant multiple Gr1 winning fillies Coolangatta and Pippie. She is the first foal of a multiple winning young mare by Champion broodmare sire Redoute’s Choice out of Champion mare PRINCESS COUP, a quadruple Gr1 winner and multiple Group producer.

Stud manager Aaron Bott’s comments – “This is a cracking first foal, a quality individual, with good bone. She’s a lovely mover with a very nice action, I’m really looking forward to presenting her at the sale.”

Lot 296 bay colt DUNDEEL – PRINCESS COUP by Encosta De Lago.
This colt is by outstanding young sire Dundeel who has already sired FIVE Gr1 winning colts including the exciting stallion prospects Super Seth and Castelvecchio. He is a half-brother to TWO Group winners, the A$1.6 million HK star THEWIZARDOFOZ and current multiple Group winning filly ARGENTIA, $487k.

Stud manager Aaron Bott’s comments – “This is a great colt, just what you need for an Easter stallion prospect. Princess Coup really stamps her foals and this one is in the same mould, great head, very relaxed with a lovely action. Overall a very athletic colt, couldn’t be happier with him.”

The best place to look for Group One performers is in Group One families. The 2023 Evergreen Easter draft has two fillies ready to star on the track and become elite broodmares, and a colt who is a genuine stallion prospect. The Group One performers couldn’t be closer in all three cases.”
